These terms apply to your use of Nueva Quality's website at https://nueva-quality.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
They cover the website only. Any actual work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement between us, and nothing on this page changes or replaces such an agreement.
Using the site
You are welcome to read the site, share links to it, and contact us through it. Please do not:
- use it for anything unlawful,
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it,
- scrape or copy it systematically for republication, or
- use the contact form to send spam, malware, or bulk unsolicited messages.
We apply a rate limit to the contact form to keep it usable, and we may block access that damages the site or the people running it.
Intellectual property
Our own original material on this site — the text we wrote, the case-study write-ups and blog posts, our branding, and the design work and code we created ourselves — belongs to Nueva Quality and is protected by copyright and related rights.
You may quote short extracts of our own content with attribution and a link. Reproducing substantial parts of it, or reusing design and code we created, needs our written permission first. Our name and logo are ours; please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you when we are not.
This site is also built with third-party material we did not create — open-source libraries and components, icons, and typefaces among them. Those remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licences and terms, not by this section. - descriptions of services, capabilities, and process may change as our work changes.
Any figures, timelines, or outcomes that apply to your project would be set out in a written proposal or agreement, not inferred from this website.
Availability
We would like the site to be available and working at all times, but we cannot promise it. It may be unavailable or interrupted for maintenance, deployments, hosting problems, network faults, or reasons outside our control. We may change, restructure, or remove parts of it, or take it down entirely, without notice.
The same applies to the contact form. If a submission fails, the page shows our email address so you can reach us directly — and if you have sent something important and heard nothing, please email us.
