Scope
This policy covers Nueva Quality's website at https://nueva-quality.com. It explains what the site collects, why, and how to reach us about it.
This is a small website. It has no user accounts, no login, no database of visitors, and no payment processing. The only place it accepts personal information is the contact form.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- Your name and email address — required, so we can identify and reply to you.
- Your company — optional.
- What you need help with — the service you select from the list.
- Your message — what you write in the message field.
The form also contains a hidden field that is invisible to people and is only there to catch automated spam. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and never reaches us.
We ask for nothing else, and we do not ask you to create an account.
Information collected automatically

Your IP address, briefly, to limit spam. When you submit the form, the server reads the IP address from your request and uses it to count recent submissions from the same connection — currently intended to allow up to about five submissions in a ten-minute period. This is a best-effort check rather than a strictly enforced limit, so the exact number can vary. The count is held in the server's memory only. It is not written to a database, not attached to your message, and not shared with anyone. It disappears when the server process restarts.

Hosting-provider logs. Hosting providers may record ordinary technical information about requests, typically including details such as IP address, timestamp, requested page, and browser user-agent, in the course of serving and protecting a site. These logs are generated and controlled by the hosting provider; they are not application-level storage created by this website's own code, and we have not independently audited what they contain.

Aggregate page analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and how often the "Contact Us" and "Book a Call" buttons are clicked. Plausible sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites. It reports counts and trends, not individuals — we cannot use it to identify you or to see what any one visitor did. The analytics script loads from
plausible.io, so that request is visible to Plausible; it is not loaded at all on builds where analytics is not configured.
The site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or marketing trackers, and does no profiling. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising pixel.
It does use one small piece of browser storage. When you choose light or dark mode, the site saves that preference in your own browser under the theme key in localStorage, so it can remember your choice on your next visit. That value stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
How we use your information
We use what you send through the contact form for one purpose: to read your enquiry, reply to it, and — if it leads somewhere — to discuss and carry out work with you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
How your message reaches us
A contact-form submission is turned into an email and sent to hr@nueva-quality.com, which is where we read and answer enquiries. The email includes what you typed in the form, and it is addressed so that replying to it reaches you.
Sending that email involves an email delivery provider, which necessarily handles the message in transit, and our own mailbox provider, which stores it once delivered. From that point your enquiry lives in our email inbox and is handled like any other business correspondence.
Third-party services
We keep these to a minimum. The ones actually involved in running this site are:
- Our hosting provider (Netlify), which serves the website and runs the small piece of server code behind the contact form.
- Our email delivery and mailbox providers, which transmit and store contact-form emails as described above.
- Plausible Analytics, which receives the page-view and button-click counts described above.
Nothing else. There are no advertising networks, no social-media pixels, no chat widgets, and no embedded third-party content. The site's fonts are served from our own domain rather than requested from an external font service, so simply reading a page does not send your details to a third party.
If you follow the "Book a Call" link, it takes you to an external scheduling service where that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply — whatever you enter there is handled by them, not by this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to handle any work that follows, then delete it from our mailbox and from any other records we control. We have not set a fixed number of months, because a message that turns into a project needs to be kept longer than one that does not.
If you would like it removed sooner, email us and we will delete it from the records we control.
One limit is worth stating plainly. Your message passes through an email delivery provider on its way to us and is stored by our mailbox provider once it arrives, and infrastructure of that kind ordinarily keeps its own transit records, logs, and backups under each provider's retention practices. We can delete what we hold; we cannot reach into those systems, so copies may persist there for a period we do not control and cannot promise on their behalf.
Security
The production site is served over HTTPS, so contact-form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. The site also sends a set of standard browser security headers, and it stores no submissions of its own — your message is passed straight to email rather than saved on the website.
We take reasonable care, but no website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to:
- tell you what enquiry information of yours we hold,
- correct it if it is wrong, or
- delete it from the records we control.
Email hr@nueva-quality.com and we will act on it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason. Because the only personal data this site collects is what you chose to send us, these requests are usually straightforward to honour — subject to the provider-side copies described under "How long we keep it" above.
Depending on where you live, local data-protection law may give you further rights beyond the above. If you want to exercise a right specific to your country, tell us what you need and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and the people who work in them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, email us and we will delete it from the records we control.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above it. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually, so it is worth checking the date if this matters to you.
